- 3+ years of experience inaerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong experience inmanufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience withroot cause analysis, CAPA, Client/MRB, FMEA/PFMEA, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, GD&T, and process optimization.
- Experience withAS9100, AS9102/FAI, ISO 9001, and aerospace quality standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally withDesign Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
