Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions.
- Design and configure XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, and profile unification aligned with enterprise data models.
- Build and manage audiences, segments, and customer profiles, including identity resolution and stitching of known and anonymous users using Web SDK.
- Implement and maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including data views, attribution models, journey reporting, and audience-based insights.
- Translate business requirements such as acquisition, nurture, retention, ABM, and event engagement into scalable audience and measurement frameworks.
- Lead Web SDK implementation, tag management, event tracking strategy, schema design, and data layer governance across digital properties.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, consent management frameworks, data retention policies, and DSAR processes.
- Manage governance labels, consent enforcement, audience QA, and activation readiness processes.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customer data and personalization initiatives.
