Job Title: AEM SME with Frontend and Java Spring Boot
Location: New York NYNeed to come to office for Face 2 Face Round of Interview

Position Summary:
7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred.
Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AEM migration to Cloud Service
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI agents/skills
Experience integrating model APIs and external AI services
Python proficiency is good to have
Familiarity with microservices architecture

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions,
including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications.
Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows.
Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making.
Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services.
