Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedAEM Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and integration experience. The ideal candidate will lead AEM solution design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements—while driving workflow and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AEM applications and components
• Integrate AEM with Workfront, Fusion, and other systems
• Maintain and debug AEM-based solutions in production
• Drive process and application improvements to enhance user experience
• Prepare technical documentation and follow best development practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer solutions

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of AEM development experience
• Strong experience withWorkfront integration, workflow, andFusion
• ADM experience (AEM as a Cloud Service environment)
• Strong problem-solving and application development skills
• Knowledge of release management and UX considerations
