About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled AEM Developer to join our UI team.
- The candidate should have hands-on AEM experience and strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to build responsive, modular web components.
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and dialogs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and cross-browser web pages.
- Implement dynamic features using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Develop custom workflows and templates within AEM; ensure modular, maintainable front-end code.
- Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Work with back-end and DevOps teams for integration and deployments.
- Use JavaScript build tools (Webpack/Grunt/Gulp) for bundling and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI and AEM-related issues.

Experience: 6+ yrs
- Hands-on AEM (6.x or higher) development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Experience in cross-browser and responsive UI development.
- Working knowledge of Java for backend integration within AEM.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build/compilation tools (Webpack/Grunt/Gulp).
- Good understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; excellent collaboration abilities.
- Experience with AEM Headless or SPA frameworks (React/Angular) integrated with AEM.
- Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
