AEM content author

Key Responsibilities-

• Create, manage, publish, and optimize digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or similar CMS platforms.

• Manage content structures and apply content modeling best practices.

• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure timely content delivery.

• Apply SEO principles and best practices to improve content visibility and performance.

• Work with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts to manage and format digital content.

• Support content optimization and maintenance across digital platforms.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify content improvement opportunities.

• Ensure attention to detail and maintain high content quality standards.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or a similar Content Management System (CMS).

• Knowledge of content creation, management, modeling, and optimization.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of Headless CMS is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in content authoring and CMS platforms.

• Experience managing digital content and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to use data-driven insights to improve content quality and effectiveness.
