Adventure Facilitator

Why You’ll Love It

• Flexible schedule: Pick the seasons and days that work for you — Spring or Fall, or both. Work one weekend, a few weekdays, or as much as you want.
• Short, rewarding shifts: Most shifts are 4-8 hours, plus paid training, so you can fit work around other commitments.
• Adventure every day: No two days are alike! Lead high ropes, target sports, aquatics, nature walks, and hands-on STEM activities.
• Meaningful impact: Help kids grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. You’ll be a positive role model guiding their adventures.

What You’ll Do

• Lead participants safely through outdoor challenges and activities
• Encourage, support, and empower children as they explore and try new things
• Maintain and inspect equipment before, during, and after activities
