The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As aAdvanced Supplier Quality Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of quality documentation systems that support our products, processes, and operations. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Maintaining supplier quality control systems: Establish, update, and manage documentation controls for supplier quality. Ensure policies, procedures, supplier quality records and other controlled documents are accurately maintained, updated, and distributed through electronic document management systems.
- Supporting regulatory and quality compliance:Conduct document audits and monitor records to ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations and standards, including ISO, FDA, OSHA, and other applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Help maintain documentation readiness for audits and inspections.
- Driving document accuracy and process effectiveness: Verify the completeness and accuracy of documentation prior to release, incorporate approved changes into databases, generate standard and custom reports.
- Collaborating across functions: Partner closely with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve documentation discrepancies, implement procedural changes, maintain training documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and ExpertiseÂ
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Â
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of combined experience in document control, quality systems, coordination support, or records management
Â
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Â
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (completed and verified prior to start).
- Experience working in a regulated environment, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or quality systems.
- Experience applying document control processes and quality management system requirements.
- Experience applying ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other regulatory requirements.
- Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS), database applications, and document control systems.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and documentation activities simultaneously.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining document accuracy, consistency, and compliance within a controlled environment.
- Experience working independently while supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $38,480 - $52,910, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
