About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveSenior Executive / Advanced Specialist- Maintenance to join ourTND Maintenance Team inBangalore, India. This role is responsible for managing daily maintenance and utility operations across manufacturing lines, ensuring maximum equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial automation, utilities, PLCs, robotics, and TPM-driven maintenance systems, along with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Maintenance & Reliability

• Coordinate and manage daily maintenance and utility operations across production lines.

• Execute breakdown, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance (CBM) activities.

• Ensure optimal equipment availability, reliability, and uptime.

• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

Utilities & Equipment Management

• Troubleshoot and maintain:

  • Sensors

  • Valves

  • Pumps

  • DG Sets

  • Air Compressors

  • Chillers

  • Utility Equipment

• Support equipment optimization and reliability improvement initiatives.

Automation & Controls

• Maintain and troubleshoot:

  • Siemens PLC (S7-1500)

  • Omron PLC Systems

  • HMI Applications

  • Industrial Drives

  • Fanuc Robotics

• Support automation enhancement projects and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement & Safety

• Lead TPM implementation activities across production areas.

• Drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote a strong safety culture and implement safety improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with plant maintenance standards and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

Education

• BE /B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, industrial automation, or plant engineering environments.
