Fullstack-Developer

We are seeking aSenior Fullstack Developer to join the project team responsible for themigration of a people management system. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality deliverables across both backend and frontend components.Development and maintenance of high-performance backend systems with Spring Boot and Java 21 (or older, at least Java 8)

• Lead the development and maintenance of backend services usingJava, Spring Boot, OpenAPI, Cucumber
• Drive frontend development usingAngular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ensure smooth integration within theCloudfoundry environment
• Design and manage database solutions withMongoDB andPostgresDB
• Implement secure authentication and authorization usingKeycloak
• Maintain code quality and compliance using tools likeMaven, Sonar, Mend, Fortify
• Set up monitoring and observability throughGrafana
• Build event-driven architectures usingKafka
• Apply structured architectural practices (e.g.,Arc42) to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate in version control and CI/CD workflows usingGitHub
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members

Must-haves:

• Several years of professional experience as aFullstack Developer in senior or lead roles
• Strong backend development expertise: Java, Spring Boot, OpenAPI, Cucumber
• Solid frontend development skills: Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especiallyCloudfoundry
• Strong knowledge of databases:MongoDB,PostgresDB
• Familiarity with security frameworks likeKeycloak
• Experience using CI/CD and code quality tools (Maven, Sonar, Mend, Fortify)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such asGrafana
• Knowledge of messaging systems likeKafka
• Understanding of architectural frameworks likeArc42
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); English is a plus

• Prior experience inmigration projects, particularly the migration of complex systems or applications
