🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedADMS System Engineer to support the full technology lifecycle ofAdvanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ADMS implementation, production support, system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis within utility/grid operations environments.

The engineer will work closely withSystem Operators, Analysts, Product Managers, Cybersecurity, Network teams, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure reliable and secure ADMS solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ADMS solutions across multiple environments.
• Translate business requirements and operational workflows into technical designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Perform technical peer reviews covering designs, configurations, code, deployment artifacts, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and perform detailedRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Analyze application logs, traces, configurations, and recent system changes to isolate issues.
• Support ADMS deployments, upgrades, patches, new features, modules, and defect resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and operational requirements are met.
• PerformWindows and Linux server patching, command-line configuration, and environment readiness activities.
• Configure workstations, applications, servers, and system components based on project requirements.
• Interpret network topology diagrams, IP/LAN schemas, firewall configurations, server architecture diagrams, and interface documentation.
• Support integrations involvingSCADA, OMS, GIS, DMS, Historian, ICCP, and enterprise data systems.
• Perform interface testing and validate end-to-end data accuracy, availability, and processing.
• Support users with access issues, configuration questions, login support, and functional requests.
• Work with virtualized environments andVMware vCenter for provisioning, monitoring, and resource management.
• Create and maintain operational and analytical reports, includingPower BI dashboards.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, deployment processes, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to maintain reliable ADMS environments.

• Ability to work with technical diagrams, infrastructure documentation, and interface specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
