Position Details:

- 60,000 - 70,000
- Location: Bellevue, NE
- 75% On-site ; 25% Travel
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain college outreach in target states with a focus on nurturing key relationships with institutions through career services, college professors, student clubs, and health professions advisors.
- Set and meet and/or exceed presentation event plan and conversion and communication goals set by leadership.
- Develop meaningful relationships with inquiries and applicants that will lead to increased application and matriculation goals.
- Deliver frequent group presentations that lead to student inquiries and applications.
- Attend graduate and professional school fairs in assigned territory.
- Create a database of key university officials and maintain these relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Travel regularly to appropriately represent the college off-site while maintaining a full workload including ongoing reporting, exceptional communication with the enrollment team, prospective students, and outreach targets.
- Use appropriate materials, including approved PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
- Attend college events including professional meetings as needed or requested.
- Assist with the promotion of quarterly Discovery Weekend events.
- Effectively and clearly communicate with inquiries and applicants as assigned via email, text, telephone calls, social media, and meetings with information about LCCW & additional educational sites, the admissions process and the field of chiropractic.
- Conduct regular follow-up with all assigned inquiries and applicants, complementing automated processes and department communication plans.
- Review transcripts and advise prospective students on requirements to be considered for acceptance.
- Work with applicants to ensure timely progress through the admissions process including onboarding and transitioning needs.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure quick, efficient, and effective follow-up of student applications to improve conversion rates and provide high standards of customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain assigned records in HubSpot CRM with communications and updated information received, paying close attention to data integrity
- Work closely with the Admissions team members, and staff from other departments to support student needs and questions.
- Assist with conducting campus tours for prospective students.
- Assume additional responsibilities, perform special projects, and assist with other duties as needed or requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, campus recruitment, large group presentations and/or related college recruitment experience.
- Inside sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in the chiropractic field, a chiropractic office, or a chiropractic school preferred but not required.
- Must possess excellent professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite and G Suite tools.
- Experience utilizing Hubspot CRM software is strongly preferred.
- Requires the ability to work independently in a complex environment with a high level of accuracy, positivity, reliability, and collaboration.
- Excellent skills in time management, organization, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving, and team building.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be multi-task oriented
- Highly motivated and self driven. High Achievers desired.
- Superb communication skills, great listener, articulate, concise in presenting their ideas and information.
- Skillful in building professional, productive relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive communications with students, parents, employees and external agencies
- A valid driver's license is required at the time of hire for the operation of any vehicle required for this position
