Administrator - Adult Residential Facility (ARF)

At23fifteen Living Options, our mission is to provideexceptional residential support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). We specialize insmall, community-based living arrangements that promoteindependence, empower choice, and prioritize person-centered care.

We are seeking adedicated and experienced Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of 1 or more of our residential facilities. This role is critical in ensuringregulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and high-quality care for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeday-to-day facility operations, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations.
• Maintainfinancial oversight, including budgeting, fiscal planning, and resource allocation.
• Implement and followindividualized service plans (ISPs) to support residents’ unique needs and goals.
• Supervisequalified direct support staff.
• Fosterpositive relationships with residents, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
• Ensure staff compliance withlicensing, training, and certification requirements.
• Promote asafe, inclusive, and person-centered environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator in an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving individuals with I/DD and/or experience as aLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT). (preferred)
• Current CCL ARF Administrator Certificate (required).
• DSP Year 1 & 2 certification (required).
• Strong knowledge oflabor laws, personnel management, and compliance requirements.
• Validdriver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
