Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Representative I will ensure efficient, cooperative and timely completion of all administrative duties and activities, reporting to the Site Plant Manager, Sr. HR Manager, and SLT members. This position also works with key members of the Site Leadership Team and Front-Line Leaders.
TARGETED OUTCOMES
• This position provides administrative support and oversees office activities.
• Ensures effective and efficient office operations.
• Compile weekly/monthly business metrics and reports.
• Provides guidance and direction to fill- in receptionist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with coordination with special events.
• Be a key leader of the Site CommitteeTeams.
• Provide leadership with special events, such as the annual United Way/Ascend Cares campaign.
• Collaborates with the site’s HR Leader to coordinate related events and initiatives.
• A minimum Associates Degree is preferred.
• Superior knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent influencing skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to enable planning, execution and implementation in a timely manner.
• Achieve results through working with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Self-directed, reliable, and proactive
• Possess the ability to determine priorities, establish a course of action and follow through to completion.
• Demonstrates mature, professional and independent judgment.
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs generated by the day-to-day activities of management and the organization.
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO:9001) and requirements – able to ensure consistency of operations within the established quality system guidelines.

• Reports to: Site Director, Sr. HR Manager
• Team Members: Site SLT
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative duties.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Capable of walking/standing 6-8 hours per day.
• Able to lift 20 lbs.
• Capable of sitting 6-8 hours per day at a desk or computer.

• Capable of climbing stairs
• Ability to wear required PPE when entering process areas.
