POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to work with team leads and director to create and monitor REACH Center annual budget, projects, resources, events and help track yearly reporting. Duties include monthly donor reports and disbursements for Hispanic and Ethnic Relations as well as other administrative duties as assigned.
Maintain organized financial records and handle monthly contribution disbursements for the Ethnic/Language Fellowships.
Assist director in communication with the REACH Center trained district leaders.
Maintain an ongoing lists of meetings and notes for end of year reporting for the REACH Center.
Participate in the preparation and promotion of department events. Assist with running the exhibit booth if applicable.
Some travel may be required.
Serve as the department receptionist.
Post social media content for Hispanic and Ethnic Relations and for REACH Center pages and website.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required.
- Some college level courses preferred.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
- Minimum two years secretarial experience required.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Typing 50 WPM.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting.
- Data Entry.
- Editing.
- Customer Service.
- General Office Skills.
