Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistantto join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining document registers
  • Access Permit applications
  • Accommodation and transport bookings
  • Distribute documents in EDMS to relevant parties
  • Assist in production of periodic reports
  • Document quality checks
  • General administration tasks that may include data entry and preparation of correspondence.

 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in administration or document control.
  • Experience with EDMS preferably Autodesk Cloud (ACC).
  • Good organization and time management skills.

 

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience with Autodesk Cloud (ACC) EDMS - preferable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with ParDOCs preferable but not essential
