Adjunct DMS - Anatomy & Physiology Instructor

Position Overview

Under the direct supervision of theProgram Chair, you will provide engaging instructional support to faculty and students in the DMS Program. You will assist in demonstrations, and instructional material preparation, ensuring students gain a deep understanding ofHuman Anatomy and Physiology through practical experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead instruction forAnatomy (101L) and Physiology (102L) courses.
• Assist students in masteringanatomical and physiological principles relevant to diagnostic medical sonography.
• Maintain accurate records of student engagement and laboratory activities.
• Foster a dynamic and interactive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore concepts deeply.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human Anatomy and Physiology (required).
• Minimum one year of practical teaching experience in acollege-level classroom or laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
