Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant with Copilot

EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and the company seeks skilled professionals in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. Responsibilities

• Direct business analysis and lead requirements discovery initiatives
• Run executive workshops and organize requirements gathering sessions
• Take ownership of functional solution design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Spot opportunities where AI can drive business transformation
• Create functional designs for Copilot Studio solutions
• Provide client advisory services, define roadmaps, and support change management
• Guide and develop consultants while contributing to overall delivery quality
• Work alongside architects and engineers during implementation phases

Requirements

• 6+ years working as a Dynamics 365 CE consultant
• Strong background in CRM configuration and designing business processes
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Skilled in requirements engineering and leading workshops
• Proven expertise in business transformation and managing stakeholders
• Familiarity with various solution delivery methodologies
• Advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Capability to recognize AI-driven business opportunities
• Awareness of prompt engineering fundamentals
• Grasp of Responsible AI principles
• Background using AI-powered tools for productivity or development
• Bonus: experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents

Nice to have

• Background working with Power BI
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP
• Industry knowledge in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing sectors
