San Francisco Post Acute is seeking acompassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PTA or a new graduate looking to grow their career in a supportive post-acute environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $48β$52 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide skilled therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will play an important role in helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, functional abilities, and overall independence.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist residents with improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Follow individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and other required clinical information.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident-centered goals.
Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Current and valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
