Acupuncture Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Acupuncturist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed acupuncturist to work in a supportive environment while building their practice alongside an experienced DACM, L.Ac.

Key Requirements:

• Current Virginia acupuncture license (L.Ac.) in good standing
• NCCAOM certification preferred
• Experience with Balance Method / Distal Needle Acupuncture (required or willing to learn)
• Strong clinical skills and patient communication abilities
• Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care
• Professional demeanor and collaborative spirit

Our Patient Base:

• 120-150 patients per week clinic volume
• Primarily adults over 40, predominantly female
• Common conditions: chronic pain, stress/anxiety, fertility issues
• Mix of insurance and private pay patients
• Strong community presence with veteran and military support

Schedule:

• Shifts available Monday-Saturday: 9am-7pm
• Flexible scheduling within operating hours

Insurance Accepted: BCBS (including Federal Employee Plan), Aetna, United Healthcare, and VA referrals
