About the Hiring Company:
The Activation Manager turns sponsorships, partnerships, ambassador deals and brand moments into activations that bring in players, across both brands (one premium, one mass-market). The role owns each activation from concept to post-event report, judges it on registrations, first deposits and VIP engagement, not just exposure, and leads the Activation Executives.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan the activation calendar for both brands around sponsorships, game launches, holidays and major sporting and cultural events

• Develop activation concepts with the Brand Marketing Managers: on-ground booths, roadshows, venue and bar events (21+ only), watch parties, VIP experiences and partner tie-ins

• Activate sponsorship and partnership rights: branding, hospitality, content days, ambassador appearances

• Build the link from on-ground to online: QR sign-ups, promo codes, affiliate and agent tracking, so every activation is measurable

• Brief the Production Manager on builds and logistics, and the Art Director on activation creative

• Manage activation agencies, promoters and talent; negotiate scopes and fees

• Make sure every activation meets PAGCOR rules, age-gating, venue permits and responsible gaming requirements

• Own activation budgets and write post-activation reports on cost, sign-ups, FTDs and cost per acquisition

• Lead and develop the Activation Executives

Success in the First 12 Months

• Annual activation calendar running for both brands

• Every activation tracked to sign-ups and FTDs, with cost per acquisition reported

• At least one flagship activation per brand delivered on budget

• Zero compliance or permit issues at events

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years in brand activation, experiential or sponsorship marketing, agency or in-house

• Experience activating sports, entertainment or lifestyle sponsorships in the Philippines

• Track record tying activations to measurable sign-ups or sales

• Strong network of activation agencies, promoters, talent and venues

• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred; betting, telco, e-wallet or beverage brand experience also considered

• Willing to work evenings and weekends around events
