About the Role

We're looking for ambitious, driven and motivated individuals to join our growing recruitment teams as Associate Recruitment Consultants.

You'll learn how to source, attract, interview and manage candidates within the global Life Sciences market, building valuable relationships and developing commercial skills that will set you up for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates across your specialist market

• Source and attract high-quality talent using a variety of recruitment tools, networking techniques and market mapping strategies

• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews to assess suitability for opportunities

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support at every stage

• Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates to perform at their best

• Work closely with senior consultants and managers to understand client hiring requirements

• Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within our recruitment systems

• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs

• Develop specialist knowledge of the Life Sciences market and become a trusted advisor within your chosen niche

• Support offer negotiations and help candidates successfully secure new opportunities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a recent graduate or have up to 1-2 years' experience in a sales, customer service or target-driven environment

• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Demonstrate resilience, determination and a strong work ethic

• Be motivated by targets, progression and financial reward

• Have a proactive approach and a willingness to learn

• Show ambition, enthusiasm and professionalism in everything you do

Preferred Skills

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, business development or recruitment experience

• Experience working towards targets or KPIs

• Interest in Life Sciences, business or commercial environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package

£27,800 base salary + (Uncapped commission & incentives including holidays, directors’ lunch and much more!)

Our consultants are rewarded for performance, with clear opportunities to increase earnings as they progress through the business.
