West Palm Beach Hyundai is looking for an experiencedWarranty Booker / Warranty Administrator to join our growing service team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and have a strong understanding of manufacturer warranty guidelines, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Review repair orders for compliance with warranty policies.
• Book technician labor and flag hours correctly.
• Follow up on rejected claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain warranty records and work closely with the Service Manager and advisors.
• Help maximize warranty reimbursement while maintaining compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
