Customer Service Representative

Accurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-orientedCustomer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.

We specialize in medical courier services, supporting healthcare organizations with deliveries that are often time-sensitive and critical. Our Customer Service team plays an important role in making sure orders are entered correctly, deliveries stay on track, and potential issues are caught and addressed before they become bigger problems.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and can think through problems when things don't go exactly as planned.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming client calls, enter orders, and provide delivery updates
• Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders
• Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays, missed steps, or potential issues
• Complete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete information
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer and delivery information
• Communicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve delivery issues
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when unexpected situations come up
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Schedule

Full-Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedule may vary based on department needs.

Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour

Pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This is anon-site position at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable on the phone, good at catching the small details, and able to stay calm and think clearly when things get busy.
