About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and improving the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely payments from clients and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices, handling inquiries and responding to payment-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members to verify invoice accuracy, clarify details, and confirm current payment statuses.
• Prepare, analyse, and distribute monthly accounts receivable reports in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Collections role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional interactions with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• English proficiency atB2 level or higher.
• Advanced user ofMicrosoft Office, particularlyExcel.
