Primary functions of this role will include:

Perform cost segregation (i.e., capitalization of fixed assets) on large and complex projects with multiple asset components
SAP Experience is mandatory for the role
3-4 years of relevant experience into Fixed Assets as Fixed Creation, Capitalization, Transfers, Disposals, Depreciation, Month End Close, Reconciliation.
Drive meetings with management to address accounting/company policy guidance
Identify technical/engineering aspects of assets to clarify and opine on associated costs
Perform review of peer or lowered-tier staff work products
Train/mentor new/lowered-tier staff
Prepare quarterly complex account reconciliations and CapEx reports
Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and SOX Controls
Satisfactorily address customer inquiries in a timely manner

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with BU management
