What You’ll Do:

• Managingaccounts receivable and collections activities
• Maintaining accurate client account records and updating financial data
• Processing invoices, payments, and account adjustments
• Communicating withcustomers and insurance adjusters regarding account status
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues
• Handlingnegotiations and follow-ups via phone and email
• Ensuring financial records remain organized, accurate, and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience inaccounts receivable or collections
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills
• Excellentphone and email communication abilities
• Confidence handling negotiations and payment discussions
• The ability tomultitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Bonus points if you have experience with insurance billing or claims adjusting, though it’s not required.
