JOB TITLE:Accounts Payable Processor

LOCATION:Tustin, CA (Onsite)
START DATE:November/December 2026
SHIFT:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing and payment reviews. This entry-level opportunity offers training and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Process monthly invoices for assigned projects and departments.
Assist with weekly payment reviews to ensure processing deadlines are met.
Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain accuracy and organization while following established procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn accounting processes and procedures.
