Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experiencedManager, Accounts Payable to lead high-volume, end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, controls, and month-end close.

This role will supervise an onshore AP team, coordinate with offshore/outsourced resources, and help drive improvements throughOracle Cloud Financials, automation, process optimization, and emerging technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP operations, includingPO/Non-PO invoices, 2-way/3-way matching, holds, payments, and month-end close

• OverseeACH, wire, check, and e-payables

• Manage AP workflows, queues, aging, exceptions, and SLAs

• Lead, coach, and develop AP staff while coordinating with offshore teams

• ExecuteSOX controls and maintain audit-ready documentation

• Oversee vendor master data, banking changes, W-9/W-8 documentation, and 1099/1042 compliance

• Serve as a functional AP lead withinOracle Cloud Financials/Oracle Fusion

• Monitor AP KPIs and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, productivity, and service levels

• Partner with Treasury, Procurement, Tax, IT, and other business teams

• Drive AP automation, process improvement, supplier portal adoption, RPA, and technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5–8+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience

• 2+ years of AP supervisory or team leadership experience

• Experience working withonshore and offshore/outsourced teams

• Strong knowledge of high-volume, end-to-end AP operations

• Experience withOracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Fusion, or comparable enterprise ERP

• Knowledge ofSOX controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements

• Experience managing month-end close and payment operations

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Fortune 500 or large enterprise environment

• High-volume invoice processing and complex vendor base

• AP automation, IDR, RPA, or finance transformation

• Supply Chain Finance, e-payables, or virtual cards

• 1099/1042 reporting

• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement

• Interest inAI and emerging technologies within Accounts Payable
