Our Client, an Utility and Energy Generation and Distribution company, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for their Council Bluffs, IA/Sioux City, IA/ Sheldon, IA location.

Responsibilities:

Review contractor invoices to ensure charges align with established contract pricing and the scope of work documented in job packets.
Identify discrepancies and ensure invoice information is accurate and complete prior to payment processing.
Route verified invoices to the appropriate location for the invoicing team to process for payment.
Enter and maintain invoice information in an Excel tracking spreadsheet to support accurate recordkeeping

Requirements:

High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma; one or more years of related work experience preferred; attention to detail to transmit information accurately and understandably in both written and verbal formats; customer-focused and ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
