🔍 What You’ll Own

📊 Financial Operations

• Leadmonth-end & year-end close processes
• Overseegeneral ledger, reconciliations & financial reporting
• EnsureGAAP compliance and accurate financial transactions
• Review and approve accounting activity for accuracy

🎯 Specialty Focus (Based on Your Expertise)

💰 Revenue Accounting

• Driverevenue recognition & AR analysis
• Managepayer reconciliations & contractual adjustments
• Support grant-related receivables

💸 Expense Accounting

• OverseeAP, fixed assets & inventory
• Deliver insights that supportcost control initiatives

🏥 Clinic Accounting

• Partner with clinics onbilling interfaces & financial performance
• Track and report onsite-level revenue & expenses

📈 Reporting & Insights

• Prepare and analyzefinancial statements & leadership reports
• Identifytrends, variances & opportunities for improvement
• Supportbudgeting and forecasting processes

👥 Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop ahigh-performing accounting team
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support
• Balance priorities and delegate effectively

⚙️ Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities tostreamline workflows & improve efficiency
• Supportsystem enhancements & ERP optimization (Workday a plus!)
• Strengthen internal controls and financial accuracy

🧾 Audit & Compliance

• Partner with auditors and supportinternal & external audits
• Ensure documentation, accuracy, and compliance readiness

✅ What You Bring

🎓Education

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• CPA or Master’s (preferred)

📌Experience

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Healthcare or hospital accounting experience strongly preferred
