PLEASE NOTE: Applicants who do not hold an accounting degree will not be considered for this position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist the Controller with reconciliations.
Review and process journal entries.
Reconcile work in process accounts, monthly.
Reconcile curriculum monthly ledger activity to curriculum activity spreadsheet.
Maintain monthly report of incoming royalties.
Research accounting question from all departments.
Setup new accounts to be used in financial reporting.
Run reports from secondary software modules to record income.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of two years accounting experience preferred.
- Booking experience.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Customer service.
- General office skills.
