Accountant

As an Accountant, you will:

• Enter service invoices, credit invoices, sales order into the system and check that documents follow the law and company rules;

• Transfer data from the warehouse system to the accounting system and help fix any differences;

• Handle supplier invoices and bank statements, make payments, and settle accounts and refunds with suppliers;

• Take part in the month-end closing and make sure all transactions are recorded correctly and on time;

• Work with the Commerce, Warehouse and Purchasing teams, and help during audits.

• Be a positive, friendly, communicative, and collaborative individual.

• Have education in accounting, finance or a similar field (or be currently studying);

• Understand the basics of accounting;

• Have some hands-on experience with accounting programs;

• Be good at MS Excel and comfortable working with a lot of data;

• Communicate well with colleagues from other teams;

• Be detail-oriented.
