Accountant

Job Title:  Accountant
Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Full time
 
On-site: 2 days a week - Tuesday and Thursday
 
Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience - administer an Account Technical Quiz
• CPA designation or pursuing it
• NetSuite experience - any ERP system would be comparable
• Advanced Excel
• Expense - using Concur, but this role wouldn't really touch on this
• Strong time management skills and flexibility
• Will work on AP/Month End, fixed assets, journal entries, sales tax work
• HST/GST filings would be a big asset
• Processing sales orders, customer invoicing

• Knowing to deal with the ebs and flows of a sales team
• Proactive, speak up, ask questions, raise concerns, not to be scared
• Process improvements - has to be okay with change
• Working and dealing with the owners, directors and VPs
