Account Operations Specialist

We are seeking anAccount Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality Account Operations service on the assigned accounts. This position requires good organizational skills in operations activities, being a quick learner, taking ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating proactivity in their execution, and possessing solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking, helping to unblock stuck SOW/MSA, obtaining legal approvals, assisting with contract negotiations with Legal, identifying potential blockers, and maintaining contracts in the Client's system
• Track Account business results, assist in preparing monthly PnL reports, support cost-benefit analyses, and cooperate with the CP & FP&A team on improvement plans for achieving targets
• Support the efficiency of business procedures and help optimize workflow where needed (e.g., monitoring burn-down reports, issuing respective COs to avoid revenue leakage, flagging opportunities to CP & DM to improve margin)
• Assist in preparing project PnL simulations for new projects when rotation or RP adjustments occur
• Help review and adjust Resource plans (adding/removing roles, cost forecasting) in close cooperation with CP, DM & BPS
• Provide daily support to the Account Leadership Team
• Communicate with the Customer's Procurement Teams under guidance
• Participate in Stakeholders' meetings
• Contribute to Account Strategy & ADP sessions
• Support issues management on the Account
• Assist in preparation for internal and external events (QBRs, All-Hands)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of operations management
• Ability to collaborate within a team and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Experience working with forecasting models and interpreting financial data
• Familiarity with EPAM tools, specifically CRM or similar systems
• Good communication skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Ability to handle day-to-day operational issues
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+ level)
