What you’ll doÂ
- Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to enterprise merchants, translating their business needs into high-impact ads and offers solutions.
- Analyze, report and bring new opportunities to the clients.
- Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to lead campaign implementation, ensuring operational efficiency from asset collection to measurement integration.
- Partner with Account Executives to analyze platform insights and category trends, identifying and pitching upsell opportunities that align with merchant objectives.
- Manage high-pressure growth conversations, including budget recommendations and objection handling, to expand the adoption of Uber’s ad products.
- Collaborate across product and engineering teams to provide "voice of the customer" feedback, helping to shape the future of our advertising features and tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization with urgency, providing optimization recommendations to ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction and retention.

Basic QualificationsÂ
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in an advertising or related role (media/marketing agency, ad tech, or sales).
- Experience in a client-facing position managing external stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in media KPIs and advertising terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets to draw actionable insights and performance recommendations.
