- Handling inbound customer inquiries while maintaining a focus on retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Learning our product line to provide consultative guidance, helping customers select the right technical hardware and edge computing solutions.
- Managing day-to-day customer relationships across a broad portfolio of inbound prospects and growing accounts.
- Guiding sales cycles ranging from quick transactional orders to guided technical solution sales.
- Collaborating with customers on orders, pricing, and account terms to achieve sales goals and support account health.
- Utilizing your organizational skills and problem-solving mindset to assist customers and deliver a positive experience.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams (like engineering and operations) to solve customer challenges and ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintaining an organized approach to your daily workload and sales pipeline with personal accountability and team support.
- Quickly learning new processes, hardware technologies, and emerging industry trends.
