Account Manager – iGaming (Remote or Warsaw)

Location: Remote or Warsaw, Poland

We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a fast-growing performance-driven digital marketing company working withmultiple international iGaming brands across multiple markets.

They are looking for an experiencedAccount Manager to manage a portfolio of international iGaming clients and act as their main point of contact.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong client management and commercial skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of international iGaming clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication, meetings and follow-ups.

• Understand client goals, requirements and challenges and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

• Present campaign performance and turn data into clear, commercially relevant insights.

• Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, scope and results.

• Handle client feedback and escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention and account growth.

• Identify opportunities to expand cooperation across additional services, markets and projects.

• Work closely with Performance Project Managers and specialist teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services or Customer Success.

• Experience withindigital marketing, performance marketing or iGaming.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident presenting performance results and business recommendations.

• Good understanding of metrics such asFTD, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client retention and growth.

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities.

• Previous experience withiniGaming, sportsbook, casino or sweepstakes is strongly preferred.
