🎯 Key responsibilities:
• Manage large direct VMS/MSP clients and serve as the primary client point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, MSPs, VMS program managers, and hiring managers.
• Drive new requirements, account growth, revenue, and profitability within existing client accounts.
• Understand client staffing needs and work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment.
• Handle client queries, escalations, negotiations, and day-to-day account management.
• Identify opportunities to expand businesses, increase headcount, and develop existing accounts.
• Monitor account performance, submissions, interviews, placements, extensions, revenue, and margins.
• Conduct client reviews and provide regular account updates to leadership.

🎓 Requirements –
• 3–5 years of US IT Staffing Account Management experience.
• Strong experience managing direct VMS/MSP clients.
• Excellent understanding & experience of working with MSP/VMS processes, business models & Experience managing large/multi-million-dollar staffing accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new requirements and grow existing accounts.
• Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
