Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Lead and manage the Canada Staffing recruitment team.
➡️ Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements across Canada.
➡️ Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
➡️ Drive team performance, monitor KPIs, and achieve delivery targets.
➡️ Mentor, coach, and support recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
➡️ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
