About the role
Expedite Healthcare Solutions (a division of Expedite Talent Solutions) is looking to expand its team in the metro Atlanta area. As we grow our healthcare staffing business across metro Atlanta, we have multiple Account Manager openings and are hiring sales professionals at every level, from entry-level to experienced. You'll be out in the field meeting hospital and facility leaders, building relationships, and winning job orders. If you have the right energy and attitude, we'll train you on the rest.

What you'll do

• Prospect and win new healthcare clients across metro Atlanta, including hospitals, health systems, clinics, long-term care, and outpatient facilities
• Visit client sites regularly to meet hiring managers, nurse leaders, and HR, and build relationships in person
• Network actively at facilities, industry events, and local healthcare associations
• Cold call and set meetings with new decision-makers
• Learn each client's staffing needs and recommend the right solution, whether contract, per diem, contract-to-hire, or permanent placement
• Close job orders and pass them to our recruiting team for fulfillment
• Keep clients satisfied with responsive, professional service
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM

What we're looking for

• 0–8 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience. We're hiring at all levels, from entry-level candidates ready to learn to experienced sales professionals ready to hit the ground running.
• Healthcare or staffing sales experience is a plus but not required
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable, with real enjoyment in meeting new people
• Comfortable with cold calling and walking into a facility to introduce yourself
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for client-facing work
• Motivated by targets and commission, with a competitive drive to close
• Coachable and eager to learn the healthcare staffing business

Requirements

• Must live in or near metro Atlanta and work from our Alpharetta office
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally to client sites
