Account Manager

Purpose of the job

HH Global is a global marketing services group specializing in the execution of POS, Print, Retail service , Digital and Campaign execution management.

Account Manager for Permanent POSM is responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with SLA’s. They manage projects and liaise with suppliers and clients, delivering excellent customer service whilst delivering the day-to-day requirements.  They will coordinate the production process and process orders in line with the client brief and the client expectations.

Key responsibilities 

• Provide technical input and advice on POSM projects as required
• Take briefs from the client and ensure requirements such as spec and critical dates are captured
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients
• Brief suppliers on client requirements
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLAs (service level agreements)
• Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
• Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services and pass details on to the client
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
• Manage and fulfil client expectations
• Manage day to day operational requirements
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ Previous experience working either in POSM / Visual Merchandising and Print sector is essential.
  • Experience of POSM design / development and installations
  • VM (Visual Merchandising) for seasonal display or new products launch for direct stores
  • POSM / Display unit / Graphic printing (Lighting film, Window film)
• Experience in Retail marketing / Design will be plus.
• Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients (preferrable)
• Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
• Knowledge of Microsoft office Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
• Experience with Adobe CC, Sketchup, CAD, or other 3D rendering applications will be plus
• Experience of finding solutions
• Keen eye for detail
