Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

•Utilize Excel to track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.

•Provide regular updates on account status and performance.

Stakeholder Coordination:

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in account management or a related field.

•Strong sales and negotiation skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

•Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
