Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand-level sales strategies aligned with category direction.
Independently conduct and present brand business reviews.
Manage client relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction and communication.
Lead and develop a team of supervisors and specialists.
Analyze brand performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments.
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams for seamless task execution.
Create training materials and development plans for direct reports.
Stay updated on ecommerce trends and apply innovative practices to brand strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in ecommerce or digital strategy, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong brand management and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in performance metrics analysis and ecommerce tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
