About the role

• Account Executive (AE)는 우리가 판매 & 제공하는 키친밸리의 공유주방 플렛폼을 잘 이해 하여 OB Sourcing 및 IB Sourcing으로 발견한 잠재고객과의 미팅을통해 계약을 성사 시킵니다.

What you’ll do

• 주도적인 시장 발굴
• • Cold Call 및 현장 방문(Visit) 기반의 아웃바운드(OB) 세일즈를 통해 키친밸리의 새로운 잠재 고객을 발굴합니다.
• 파이프라인 매니지먼트
• •  영업 프로세스(Pipeline)의 효율적인 관리 및 최적화를 통해 세일즈 전환율을 극대화합니다.
• 다양한 세일즈 경험
• • B2C(70%)부터 B2B(30%) 영역을 아우르며 다각도의 세일즈 스펙트럼을 넓힙니다.
• 딜 메이킹 및 확장
• • Brand MOU 제안, Multi-Kitchen Deal 협의 등 단순 계약을 넘어선 대형 딜과 확장 계약을 주도합니다.
• 데이터 기반 세일즈
• • 글로벌 표준 CRM 툴인 'Salesforce'를 활용해 세일즈 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 전략을 도출합니다.

What we’re looking for

• 아웃바운드(OB) 세일즈 또는 비즈니스 디벨롭먼트(BD) 경력 1년~3년 이상이신 분
• 고객의 니즈를 정확히 파악하고 설득력 있게 제안할 수 있는 탁월한 대인관계 및 소통 역량을 보유하신 분
• 명확한 숫자를 기반으로 움직이며, 목표 달성에서 성취감을 느끼는 목표지향적인 분
• 실패에 좌절하지 않고 빠르게 피드백을 수용하는 스타트업 특유의 애자일한 마인드셋을 가지신 분
• 팀의 성장을 위해 내/외부 이해관계자들과 유연하게 협업하고, 긍정적인 에너지를 전파할 수 있는 분

Preferred qualifications

• F&B(외식업, 프랜차이즈, 공유주방 등) 관련 세일즈 및 사업 개발 경험이 있으신 분
• 배달 플랫폼(배달의민족, 쿠팡이츠 등)의 생태계 및 배달 비즈니스 구조에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• 데이터 관리 및 효율적인 협업을 위한 구글 스프레드시트/Excel 활용 능력이 우수하신 분
