OverviewÂ
Labbit is a modern Laboratory Information Management (LIMS), informatics, and workflow execution platform built for regulated laboratories with complex, evolving processes across molecular diagnostics, biologics, cell and gene therapy, pharma, and more. We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing sales team to help organizations move beyond the limitations of legacy LIMS and adopt a more flexible approach to laboratory operations. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role for a consultative seller who can navigate complex buying environments and engage stakeholders across the lab, IT, quality, manufacturing, and executive teams.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and handoff. You’ll build and manage a pipeline of approximately 10–15 active opportunities, develop strategies for complex multi-month sales cycles, and lead consultative conversations with laboratory, scientific, quality control, IT, QA/RA, business, engineering, manufacturing, and executive stakeholders. You’ll conduct discovery, lead presentations and demonstrations, develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and build trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions throughout the buying process.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to execute outbound prospecting campaigns, generate opportunities, deliver a coordinated customer experience, and expand Labbit’s presence within target accounts and markets. You’ll maintain accurate CRM and forecasting data, stay current on trends and the competitive landscape across laboratory informatics and life sciences, and represent Labbit at industry events and customer meetings.

- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, combined with a highly motivated, competitive, collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn, be coached, and continuously develop as an enterprise software sales professional.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Deep experience with LIMS, laboratory informatics, or adjacent laboratory software.
- Knowledge of laboratory compliance and regulatory requirements such as CLIA, CAP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11 & 820, ISO/IEC 17025, etc.
