Global & International (Europe & North America)

• FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV): This rapidly growing global market offers themed music channels directly on smart TVs. Across Europe and North America, XITE is available with 26 different genre- and decade-based channels.

• Interactive TV App: Available on smart TVs in various countries throughout Europe and North America, this app features over 200 curated playlists for a personalized viewing experience.

The Netherlands

• Linear Television: This is where the brand began in 2008. It is available specifically in the Netherlands through all major Dutch cable and fiber providers.

• XITE Music: A comprehensive collection of 51 non-stop audio channels, available exclusively for viewers in the Netherlands.

About the role and the team 

This is an opportunity to join a company at the intersection of music, streaming, CTV and advertising technology. You'll play a key role in growing advertising revenue by building relationships with media agencies, agency trading desks, programmatic partners, and direct advertisers. You'll bring your existing network, identify new commercial opportunities and turn relationships into meaningful advertising partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Activate and grow your existing network across US media agencies, trading desks and advertisers.

• Develop new demand and drive advertising revenue across XITE's FAST Channels and interactive CTV app.

• Build and manage relationships with agency planners, buyers, investment teams and programmatic decision-makers.

• Identify opportunities for direct-sold campaigns, programmatic deals and strategic brand partnerships.

• Pitch XITE's content, audience proposition, interactive ad formats and advanced ad tech capabilities.

• Manage the commercial process from prospecting and pitching to deal negotiation, campaign activation and account growth.

• Work closely with internal sales, ad operations, product, and leadership teams to deliver value for advertising partners.

Requirements

• An established network within the US media agency and advertising ecosystem.

• Experience in digital media sales, CTV, streaming, programmatic advertising, online video or adtech.

• A proven ability to generate demand, build client relationships and grow revenue.

• An understanding of the US programmatic landscape, including DSPs, agency trading desks and PMP deals.

• Strong commercial instincts, excellent presentation skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

• A genuine interest in music, entertainment, streaming and the future of television advertising.

• Based in New York (US), with the existing relationships and market knowledge to make an immediate impact.

Our hiring process

3. Second Interview (in person): This interview will be with the manager of the team. You will dive deeper into the role and get to know each other to see if there is a mutual match.

4. Final Interview (in person): An interview with one of our Management Team members. 

5. Reference check:We ask you for 2 references that we can give a call and ask a few questions as a part of our hiring process.
