Sales Coordinator - Catering & Events

• Support the Catering & Events team with daily sales and administrative activities.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals and event documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Follow up on leads, bookings and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information and event details.
• Assist with site inspections, client meetings and event arrangements.
• Provide professional and timely communication to clients.

• Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Catering & Events, or hotel operations is preferred.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Service-minded, proactive and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
