Senior OpenText ECM Consultant

We're looking for aSenior OpenText ECM Consultantto join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus in a remote working mode. In this role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of OpenText solutions, ensuring efficient document lifecycle management and seamless integration into enterprise ecosystems. Your expertise will help improve operational efficiency and compliance for our clients while enabling scalable content management practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OpenText templates and document management processes to meet business requirements
• Implement and enhance OpenText ECM/Extended ECM (xECM) and Content Server solutions
• Optimize workflows and metadata configurations for effective document lifecycle management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into OpenText configurations
• Conduct system integrations with SAP or other enterprise applications when applicable
• Participate in solution design, implementation, migration and upgrades for OpenText environments
• Ensure platform stability and compliance through best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience with OpenText document and enterprise content management solutions
• In-depth knowledge of OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM platforms
• Proven experience configuring and maintaining templates, metadata, document types and workflows
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for OpenText implementation
• Previous involvement in OpenText projects focused on implementation, migration or enhancements
• Experience integrating OpenText with SAP or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage

Nice to have

• Familiarity with related document or content management technologies
• Knowledge of integration best practices and API-based solutions
