Senior Delivery Manager - Energy

We are looking for an experiencedDelivery Manager / Program Managerto lead large-scale technology delivery engagements for clients in the Oil & Gas / Energy / Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical delivery expertise in Java or .NET technologies, along with proven experience managing enterprise application development, managed services engagements, and fixed-price programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation programs
• Manage delivery within Managed Services and Fixed Price engagement models, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and commercial commitments
• Drive delivery governance, project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee cross-functional engineering teams, including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define roadmaps, delivery priorities, and transformation initiatives
• Ensure smooth execution of Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, release management, and resource allocation
• Supervise implementation of scalable solutions using Java/J2EE, .NET, C#, and Microservices architecture
• Promote operational excellence, process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Support client governance forums, escalations, executive reporting, and revenue/margin management

Requirements

• 15-18 years of IT experience with strong delivery/program management exposure
• Proven experience managing Managed Services and/or Fixed Price delivery engagements
• Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, .NET/C#, and Microservices architecture
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Power domain projects
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience managing large engineering or application development teams
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, client engagement, and governance
• Expertise in handling delivery financials, utilization, forecasting, and SLA/KPI management
• Proficient communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
